Description
Testosterone enanthate is a long-acting testosterone ester and one of the most widely used forms of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It was first introduced in the 1950s and remains a standard treatment for male hypogonadism (low testosterone levels). It is administered by intramuscular injection, where the enanthate ester allows for slow release of testosterone into the bloodstream.
