Description
Sustanon is a multi-ester testosterone compound. The four active agents in this product are: Testosterone Isocaproate, Testosterone Propionate, Testosterone Phenylpropionate, and Testosterone Decanoate.
About the drug
Testosterone is the main hormone for achieving the best results in sports. Any proper steroid cycle should be based on the male hormone.
It is a mixture of testosterone ethers with different durations of effect (half-lives). It contains fast and long esters to maintain hormonal balance at a level without peaks or drops, but this balance is only maintained when two weekly administrations are made. This allows the user to gain muscle mass quickly and efficiently.

How to Take Sustanon
The recommended dosage of Sustanon is 250-750mg per week, depending on the individual’s experience levels. We recommend that beginners start with the lower dosage of 350mg per week, as this is the higher dosage version and will be more than enough. If beginner bodybuilders want to increase their dosage after a few weeks, we do not recommend exceeding 500mg per week. The blend of testosterone esters with different half-lives allows the user to take 1 or 2 injections per week, this is based on personal preference for the dosing process.
The cycle duration is 6 to 10 weeks. After the cycle, many bodybuilders are able to gain 10kg of muscle mass. Sometimes they may gain less, but this probably means that there were some issues with nutrition, rest and exercise. The reversion of muscle mass after the cycle can be high due to the aromatization of testosterone, but this can be reduced with anti-estrogenic drugs used within the cycle. Another great property of this drug is its anti-catabolic effects that prevent the muscles from being used as a fuel source.
It is not recommended to do a solo cycle of Sustanon, because when combined with other steroids the risk of side effects is much lower and muscle mass is gained faster, but this is for more experienced athletes who have already cycled with solo testosterone before.
How to combine drugs during the cycle?
Typically Dianabol or Stanozolol (Winstrol) are properly combined in a cycle with Sustanon 350. Some athletes administer Turinabol. It is certainly a good combination, but quite expensive. When talking about anabolic steroids, one can use Oxymetholone or regular Deca. The longer ester nandrolone decanoate is the more preferable of the two for mass bulking cycles.
A combination with Deca is a bodybuilding classic. The high anabolic index of nandrolone and the high androgenic index of testosterone complement each other perfectly, minimizing the risk of side effects while gaining large amounts of mass during the cycle.
Sustanon is not usually used for cutting, but with other cutting agents such as Trenbolone, Masteron and Winstrol, this cutting cycle will give you great results. If it is your first cycle, Sustanon can be used with Oxandrolone. But the latter (oral) must be taken in large doses (50-60mg per day) and is also quite expensive. Dianabol is more affordable, but will be stronger for beginner athletes.
Side effects
Sustanon has the same side effects as all testosterone substances:
• Carnations;
• Gynecomastia (in case of predisposition) can be treated with antiestrogens (Anastrozole) during the cycle;
• Inhibited testosterone production (recovered after the cycle);
• Decreased libido if used for long periods in large doses;
• Increased hair growth on the body and other areas.
From a chemical point of view, this drug is testosterone, that is, the expressed androgen. If there is an excess in the body, aromatization can begin as testosterone is transformed into female hormones. This causes several side effects, including feminization. That is why we advise following the recommendations mentioned above. In this case, adverse effects will not occur.
To prevent side effects, use all necessary medications for post cycle therapy, including Clomid and Tamoxifen.
Water retention is not a serious side effect and is reduced by the end of post-cycle therapy. At this point, water is removed and the muscles are more defined. Of course, some weight will be lost, but this will improve the overall appearance of the athlete.
Post-cycle therapy after Sustanon
According to the feedback on Sustanon, positive dynamics can be found. Proper post-cycle therapy allows you to minimize reversion and maintain muscle mass. Post-cycle therapy begins after 10-14 days after the final injection, since the half-life of long esters allows for long elimination of hormones from the blood.
Post cycle therapy should include Clomid or Nolvadex. In the first 2 weeks, 50mg of Clomid or 40mg of Tamoxifen should be taken, after which the dosage should be reduced to 25mg of Clomid or 20mg of Tamoxifen for the last 1-2 weeks.
However, do not take Tamoxifen, if you have combined Sustanon 350 with Nandrolone, as for this, Tamoxifen will need to be replaced with Cabergoline to neutralize the progestin properties that Nandrolone provides during the course.
If during the cycle you feel that your nipples have swollen and a definite itching has occurred, treat this feminization with Cabergoline within the cycle at 0.5 mg every 4-5 days until these negative effects disappear.
